I was in Yuma for business and stayed the night, and after the drive I was pretty stiff and tired. Figured a massage would be a good way to get the kinks out before heading home, so I stopped at Meridian Spa.

Michelle was great. I’m not sure exactly what style of massage it was. It wasn’t Thai, but it also wasn’t the typical oily massage. She had plenty of strength, definitely knew what she was doing, and paid attention to how much pressure I could handle. She checked in a few times to make sure it was strong without being painful, which I appreciated.

It ended up being exactly what I needed. I walked out feeling a lot less stiff and worn out from the drive.

Michelle was also a lot of fun to talk to. Great conversationalist, very easygoing, and always ready with a smile or a laugh. That made the whole experience even better. She gave me a warm hug as I headed out. It was great.

I’d definitely go back to Meridian Spa next time I’m in Yuma.

I was driving through Yuma on my way to California and had a few areas that had already been causing me some pain, which only got worse after being on the road for a couple of hours. After stopping for lunch, I looked online and found Meridian Spa and decided to give it a try.

I’m very glad I did. I asked for deep tissue, and the LMT was exceptionally strong and did a great job working through several tight, painful areas that had been bothering me for quite a while. She applied plenty of pressure while still being precise and focused on exactly the areas that needed the most attention.

I left feeling noticeably better than when I walked in, which made getting back on the road a whole lot easier. Definitely one of the better deep-tissue massages I’ve had. I’ll absolutely be back the next time I’m in Yuma.
